2024 Alumni Reunion Volunteer Form

It's YOUR year! Reunion 2024 will take place at Queens the weekend of April 12-13, 2023. We will be celebrating milestone reunions for the classes ending in 4 and 9. Each class will have a Reunion Chair (or Co-chairs) who will help lead the planning and class giving efforts. Committee members assist with organizing class-specific plans, recruiting classmates to attend and soliciting class gifts for the Queens Fund. We hope you'll join in the fun and sign up to be on your Reunion committee today! 

The responsibilities of a Reunion committee volunteer are to:

• Participate in at least two planning meetings (calls) with the Office of Alumni Relations staff and Class Reunion Chair prior to the event weekend
• Contribute creative ideas for encouraging attendance at Reunion Weekend and participation with the Reunion Class Gift
• Provide ideas for and assist with the Class Party plans
• Actively recruit classmates to join the class Facebook page (if applicable)
• Communicate with classmates about the weekend via phone, email or letter, as assigned by the Class Reunion Chair
• Nominate classmates for Alumni Association Awards
• Make a gift to The Queens Fund, regardless of size
• Encourage class participation in the post-event survey
