2025 Reunion Committee Volunteers

Classes ending in 0s and 5s - it's YOUR year!

Each class will have a Reunion Chair (or Co-Chairs) who will help lead the planning and class giving efforts.

Committee members assist with organizing class-specific plans, recruiting classmates to attend and soliciting class gifts for The Queens Fund. We hope you will join in the fun and sign up to be on your committee!

Reunion Committee Volunteer responsibilities:

• Participate in at least two (2) virtual planning meetings with the Office of Alumni Relations and Class Reunion chair
• Contribute creative ideas for encouraging attendance and participation toward the class gift
• Provide ideas and assist with the class party
• Actively recruit classmates to join your class Facebook group (if applicable)
• Communicate with classmates via phone, email or letter, as assigned by the Class Reunion Chair
• Nominate classmates for the Alumni Association Awards
• Make a gift to The Queens Fund
• Encourage class participation in the post-event survey
